At PLAUSE, we know you’re not just ordering clothes — you’re ordering a vibe. Whether it’s a tee that roasts your squad or a hoodie that screams “pause life,” we make sure your order reaches you fast, safe, and with no surprises.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship across India, including:

  • All metro cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
  • Semi-urban and remote regions

We're working hard to unlock international shipping soon. Hang tight—global drops are on the way.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 24 to 48 business hours
     (Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Excluding public holidays.)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • During sales, festivals, or limited drops, processing may take a little longer. But we’ll always keep you posted via email or SMS.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days
  • Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 8 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary slightly due to:

  • Weather issues (rains, floods, etc.)
  • Regional lockdowns or government restrictions
  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Festive/holiday season congestion

But don’t worry — if anything’s off, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Charges

We like to keep it simple and transparent.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 flat rate
    • COD is available only for orders up to ₹2,000.

    • For larger orders, prepaid payment is required.

    • We occasionally offer free COD promotions, so stay tuned to our website and social pages!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email and/or SMS
  • The name of the courier partner
  • Live shipment updates, so you can follow your package all the way to your door

You can also track your order anytime by visiting the link sent to you via email or sms. 

Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, we may ship them separately for faster delivery.
In such cases:

  • You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment.
  • Each product will arrive as fast as possible—no need to wait for the full order to be ready.

Missed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If you're unavailable during both attempts:

  • The package will be marked undeliverable and returned to us.
  • For re-delivery, we’ll require a fresh confirmation from you and may charge an additional shipping fee.

Tip: Make sure your phone number is reachable and the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

Delays and Exceptions

We aim to deliver every order on time, but sometimes things are out of our hands.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Natural events (storms, floods, etc.)
  • Strikes, transport restrictions, or courier disruptions
  • Public holidays or regional shutdowns
  • Sudden government regulations (lockdowns, curfews)

We’ll always notify you via email or SMS if there’s a delay, and you can reach out to our support team for live updates.

Special Requests/Address Edits

If you need to:

  • Change your delivery address after placing an order
  • Add delivery instructions
  • Request a hold on shipping

Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it—as long as the order hasn’t been shipped already.
