Refund policy

We want you to wear your sarcasm proudly—and comfortably. If something’s off with your order, don’t sweat it. We’ll make it right.

What You Can Return

We accept returns and exchanges if:

  • You got the wrong size, a damaged item, or a manufacturing defect
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You place a return/exchange within 15 days of delivery

Final sale items (e.g. clearance drops, limited-time discounts) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Want a different size of the same product? You got it.
  • If your requested size is out of stock, you’ll get a full refund instead.
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 15 days of receiving your item.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Super simple. Just:

1. Email us at Hello@plause.in

2. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if the product is defective/damaged

3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

4. If approved:

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available)
  • Once we get the item back and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or send the exchange

Refund Process

  • If paid via UPI, card, wallet, or net banking:
     You’ll get your refund back to the original payment method within 6–8 business days after we receive the return.

  • If your order was Cash on Delivery (COD):
     We’ll request your bank or UPI details for a refund

Return Rejections

We reserve the right to reject a return if:

  • The item is used, washed, or damaged
  • It’s missing original tags or packaging
  • The return request is raised after 15 days
  • It falls under non-returnable categories (e.g. final sale, innerwear, custom prints)

Return & Exchange Costs

  • No cost if you are returning an item for the first time. 
  • For additional returns on the same order, we charge a small ₹50 for logistics.
  • If you’re in a remote pin code and reverse pickup isn’t available, you’ll need to courier it to us
